The team at Mediaverse are thrilled to announce that we have once again been shortlisted in this year’s annual AMEC Awards! The 2020 AMEC Awards are hosted by the International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC) and celebrate the work of leading communication and media intelligence agencies from all over the world, a global network which Mediaverse is incredibly proud to be a part of.

The AMEC Awards recognise the best and most innovative practices in global measurement and communications, and our shortlisted entries demonstrate our significant contribution to this industry. This year Mediaverse is shortlisted in a whopping four categories:

  • AMEC Communications Research & Measurement Team (organisation) of the Year – medium
  • Plain language award for simplicity in campaign effectiveness measurement and reporting
  • Most effective planning, research, and evaluation in the public and not-for-profit sectors
  • Most effective planning, research, and evaluation in the APAC region

These nominations reflect the hard work of our small but agile team in providing our clients with sophisticated and actionable media engagement and communication insights. They also reaffirm our continued excellence in the sector, having secured the AMEC Gold Award for the Medium-sized Team of the Year at the Prague 2019 AMEC Awards.

The Mediaverse team celebrates receiving the Gold AMEC Award for “Team of the Year” at the 2019 AMEC Awards held in Prague.

The 2020 awards event was to be held in Vienna, Austria in June, but has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, AMEC organisers refuse to let the hard work of award nominees go unrecognised and so the Mediaverse team will be beaming into a virtual awards ceremony in July 2020. We’re quietly hoping to bag one of the top gongs, but regardless Mediaverse is incredibly proud to have again received recognition as one of the world’s leading media intelligence agencies. Well done team!
